I think it’s safe to say that I am sufficiently exhausted from all the running around I had to do today. And what makes matters worse is that I’m still not done with everything that I need to do. I need to go to the store and pick up some groceries unless I don’t really plan on eating anything tomorrow. I’ve also got some paperwork that needs to be dropped off, but that will have to wait until tomorrow since all of the offices are closed for the night.
Today was Senior Salute, which is my school’s one-stop shop for all your graduation needs. While there we can do all of our paperwork, order any pictures/videos/etc that we want, request extra tickets, and best of all: pick up our caps and gowns. Mike and I went down early this morning to get it out of the way (since he had classes pretty much all day long and we wanted to be towards the top of the extra tickets list). But now I have everything (except for extra tickets which will take a while to process) and there’s not much left administration-wise that I have to do before I can graduate. I just need to finish my classes.
I’ve been doing so well this year on the whole “not getting sick” front, but I think my luck has now ended. I probably shouldn’t even be up blogging this because I feel so crappy. It started this morning where I just felt a bit off, and has progressively gotten worse. Its about 78 degrees in my room and I’m freezing right now (with long pants, a shirt, and a sweatshirt on) and I just feel like my whole body is incredibly weak. Add on the fact that my throat and right ear both hurt and you’ve got a pretty annoyed Whitters.
So I’m actually going to end this here, and go lay back down. I’m probably going to try and get some sleep, or just relax and watch Gilmore Girls for a while. Mike’s at work, but he’s been taking care of me tonight while I’ve been feeling bad. Maybe I can con him into running to the store for my groceries!
Aw, I hope that you feel better. Seems like everyone is choosing this weekend to get sick.
